      Note on thermoelectric cooling Thermoelectric cooling uses the Peltier effect to create a heat flux between the junction of two different types of materials which transfers heat from one side of the device to the other. The benefits of thermoelectric cooling include energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and quiet operation (as there are no moving parts or circulating liquid). There are, however, limitations. Since a thermoelectric unit does not produce cold air but transfers heat from inside the cooler, the surrounding temperature plays a major role in the unit’s cooling efficiency. Thermoelectric cooler performs best when ambient temperature is in the mid-70°F. When the ambient temperature gets too hot (over 80°F), the unit will have a hard time removing enough heat to keep the interior temperature at the ideal wine storage temperature of 55°F.

      Damages:

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@classywinecoolers.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
