Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Unless otherwise specified, all wine and beverage coolers are shipped freight free.

UPS orders will usually arrive in 1-7 business days and LTL orders will usually arrive in 5-14 business days. If our delivery companies are to bring the product into your home, they will call to schedule a delivery time and date. Please note, this could extend the delivery window by a few days, depending on location and availability.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Because of the size of our products, Smith & Hanks does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged during shipping, Smith & Hanks​ will repair or replace your item.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

We understand that our customers will occasionally purchase an item that does not fit their needs. We are committed to working with our customers to solve any issues and provide the best possible service. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.

If any item is defective or damaged in transit, please email our customer service department at info@classywinecoolers.com and we will rectify the problem at once.

Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item for a full refund. All returns must be shipped back to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with the returned items and Smith & Hanks reserves the right to deduct said costs from your refund. Refunds will be issued once the goods arrive back to our warehouse.
