IMPORTANT IVATION RETURN POLICY
Effective as of 8 June 2020, C&A Marketing, Inc. and all of its affiliates (the “Company”) has instituted the following Return Policy for all its International Distribution Partners (“Distributor”):
The Company will no longer accept returns for defective and non-defective products from the distributor, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing, such as stock balancing or product recall returns.
Nevertheless, the Company is committed to providing quality products to its partners and encourages its International Distribution Partners to inspect all incoming shipments and immediately report and document any concerns with the state of the products.
- Our goal is always to get you your goods ASAP. When browsing the site, you’ll notice that every product page has its estimated shipping time listed right there. Most items ship within 24 hours, but if there’s anything out of the ordinary, you’ll be able to find it on the product page.
- We ship via UPS and FedEx, choosing the carrier based on the best possible route and rate. Since these carriers can’t make it to P.O. boxes, we need a physical address. Shipping and en-route days are business days only.
- When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email letting you know everything you need: estimated arrival time, tracking number, and which carrier is handling it, so you can start getting excited about getting your goodies!
